NCAA Final - Memphis & Kansas

If you go back a read my initial post on the NCAA Tournament you will see why I don't put money on this thing. The final is between Kansas and Memphis. They both played a heck of a good game last night. If Kansas plays the way they did last night Memphis doesn't stand a chance. They rolled over North Carolina. So let's hear it for the teams that made the finals:

CFL Football To Return To Ottawa

Big news north of the border, Tuesday the CFL has announced the return of a franchise in Ottawa in 2010. The CFL has pulled together a group of investors that seem to know what they are doing. Let’s hope they do because with the recent history they have an uphill battle. The Ottawa Renegades folded in 2006 after four years in the league. They were preceded by the Rough Riders who folded in 1996. It will be interesting to see if this new team will be the Rough Riders,Renegades, or something new. Hopefully they will bring back some awesome cheer babes like they had in 2005:

Sara, a student who is told she looks like either Jessica Simpson or Brittany Spears, depending on her hair, likes to spend her afternoons at the beach. Where else could she show off her most interesting talent, her “incredible flexibility?” Let your imagination run with that one.
Karen an administrative assistant, who likes to spend afternoons, napping in a sunbeam, is told she looks like Reba McIntyre, does not like bad drivers, and can do one armed push-ups. Imagine if she was your admin, "Karen I'll need the reports, need some one armed push-ups and a cheer for today's meeting."Ericka, a hair/makeup artist has future goals of one day being Jessica Simpson’s personal stylist. I love seeing people with lofty goals. Ericka also claims her most interesting talent is to be able to talk on the cell phone, do her mascara, and drive a car at the same time. Ericka, you are one of the drivers Karen hates. A warning to the public if you see Ericka getting in her car, get out of her way. At least she knows not to try to be Jessica Simpson's driver.
Fanie, who also likes to spend afternoons on the beach, has future goals of finishing school, dancing, and being happy. Once again, I love a girl with lofty goals.
Chantelle, a student that likes to spend her afternoons at the beach, who for some odd reason thinks she looks like Pamela Anderson? Eloise, a 3rd year Biomedical Science student, who also like to spend her afternoons at the beach. Hanging at the beach is a common theme with the cheer babes. I didn’t realize that Ottawa had a that happening of a beach scene. Eloise does not like whistling or snoring. We’ll wrap up with Meredith, a future lawyer who does like gum smacking, and can play the drums. A cheer babe, future lawyer, and a drummer, can you get any cooler than that? OK maybe not the lawyer part, but a cheer babe that can jam on the drums. I like this girl!!I love cheer babes bios.

March Madness - Bottom of the Bracket

Since I posted on a bunch of the top seeds I thought I should give a shout out to the bottom of the bracket. The underdogs need some love also.

March Madness

March Madness has begun. I hope you all have your brackets filled out. If you are like me you have to explain to your wives or girlfriends that even though you don't like college basketball it's your duty as a male to fill out a bracket and follow the tournament. I would never put money on my bracket, I pick so badly I would just be a contributor to the fund. The only bragging I can do about the tournament is that I did pick Florida correctly two years ago. That was a major fluke. To help you out I've decided to highlight some teams I think will do well.
Clemson (I've got o thave a S.C. team in the mix)
Duke

North CarolinaTennesseeArizonaGeorgetown

MemphisI am pulling for Michigan State however,I think UCLA will take it this year

Milly Figuereo Poses in SI Swinsuit Issue

One of the Buccaneers favorite's Milly Figuero is in the 2008 Sports illustrated Swimsuit Issue. For the first time in many years I'll need to go check this one out. I think it's awesome to have cheer babes in the issue. They are way hotter than the way to skinny models you usually see. Give me a fit, athletic cheer babe any day.

Happy 50th Anniversary CFL

The Canadian Football League is celebrating their 50TH Anniversary this year. It's hard to believe the league most probably couldn't name a team from has been around that long. I have been a fan of the league since the early 80's. I always thought it was exciting to watch. When the Oilers signed Warren Moon I knew they would be happy with him. I had seen him kick butt for the Edmonton Eskimos. This past year was one of the most exciting I can remember. I'm looking forward to another exciting 50 years.

San Diego Charger Girls Named Best in NFL

Fox Sports has named the San Diego Charger Girls as the best Cheer leading team for 2007. You can read all about it here. The Chargers Girls make a very good case. They are very impressive.
The best, I don't know. The Tampa Bay Buccaneer Cheerleaders definitely make a good buccing argument for who is better. Just check out Tiffany Jimenez and teammates.

More College Football

I forgot to give a shout out the other day to the Missouri tigers for also knocking off a team from the conference that is superior to all. Way to go slapping Arkansas around.
This image may convert you to a Hogs fan.
Oklahoma, what the.....?? Let's look at what you faced, West Virginia, no coach, an injured running back, a quarterback that's inconsistent at best, and you lose another bowl. You would think after losing to Boise State last year they wouldn't be caught off guard again. Note to the Sooners, Check out what Georgia did to a WAC team in a major bowl. Anyway good job to the Mountaineers, you earned your interim coach a job.

Speaking of Georgia, thank you for showing the whole country what you should do when playing a team that doesn't belong in a major bowl. Sorry Hawaii, it was a good run.

Do these guys go to the games?

This can motivate you to root for the Dawgs.
